You want to think, live and work together with us in the office? And develop solutions that are so emotional that we would have liked to have thought of them earlier? Let’s get started. Show us who you are, what you can do and what you want. You spend most of your time awake at work with your colleagues. You should know each other before you work together. Because one thing is very important to us here: That work doesn’t just feel like work.

So, what are you waiting for? Hire now at: jobs@brainartist.de

Eltville

3D Artist

That’s the way you should be:
A university degree in design/media would be great, and demonstrable, outstanding professional experience also stands out. David Ogilvy was also a bouncer at a very early age. You should have Cinema 4D, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects on it like Lang Lang has the piano and preferably have projects firmly in your artist’s hands. Apart from English, you can even think conceptually and bring good ideas with you in the morning – which you don’t have to keep to yourself, but can independently present internally as well as externally. And you should continue to develop with us – preferably forward.

That’s what you should do here:

  • create nice 3D visualizations for retail concepts
  • conjure animations
  • apply and deepen web knowledge
  • starting and coordinating jobs together and driving them forward independently

That’s how it works here:
At BRAINARTIST we work, but on some days we sometimes forget that it’s work. This is due to the nice colleagues who have been working here for a long time, at the villa where we look out over the Rhine and at the wine tasting stand right in front of the door. We are technically up to date, but like to stay human on the carpet. We have big customers, we have small customers, B2B, B2C, but we don’t have customers with whom it is boring. It remains varied and lively for you, but that’s why we all work here. By the way, you shouldn’t be afraid of flying, because we also let our christmas parties fly abroad. We are curious.

Project Manager

That’s the way you should be:
You should be commercially trained and experienced. With or without a university degree and have already spent at least 4 years in the job. You want to be able to take on more responsibility than others and have a secret inclination: You enjoy a lot of hustle and bustle at work. You have experience with suppliers, prices and project management software (e.g. EasyJob) and keep track of extensive jobs with amazing coolness. “Priority” remains a foreign word for you – without much Latinum – but you know at every moment what is most important and you set the pace for your team.

That’s what you should do here:

  • be an internal agency organisation and at the same time the stoically friendly “Face to the customer”
  • plan projects and monitor resources incorruptibly
  • setting timings with the team, keeping timings with the team
  • get along well with everyone in good English and good German

That’s how it works here:
At BRAINARTIST we work, but on some days we sometimes forget that it’s work. This is due to the nice colleagues who have been working here for a long time, at the villa where we look out over the Rhine and at the wine tasting stand right in front of the door. And that we will never be completely indifferent to a joint after-work shopping trip. We have big customers, we have small customers, B2B, B2C, but we don’t have customers with whom it’s boring. It remains varied and lively for you, but that’s why we all work here. By the way, you shouldn’t be afraid of flying, because we also let our Christmas parties go abroad.

Berlin

Front-End Developer

That’s the way you should be:
Good usability, pleasing response design and skilful front-end design are what you should be looking for every day. You should have at least 2 years of experience in software development, CSS, HTML, JavaScript and Bootstrap – then you have a great future ahead of you.

That’s what you should do here:

  • manage projects independently, coordinate results in a team
  • seeing problems as a possible solution
  • developing apps and web applications, as well as promoting software and system development for us
  • finding use cases for new technologies and knocking our customers over with them

That’s how it works here:
At BRAINARTIST we work, but on some days we sometimes forget that it’s work. This is due to the nice colleagues, but of course it is also due to this cosy location with a heart (Berlin), which is a bit bigger than Eltville (where we have our headquarters directly opposite the wine tasting stand). We have big customers, we have small customers, B2B, B2C, but we do not have customers with whom it is boring. It remains varied and lively for you, but that’s why we all work here. By the way, you shouldn’t be afraid of flying, because we also let our Christmas parties fly abroad.

Zürich

Office Manager

That’s the way you should be:
“You never get a second chance to make a first impression”. This is how we see you with us: Our first happy face when the grim parcel messenger pushes a pallet through the door. You have organizational talent, but also a background that had something to do with media or agencies. Otherwise, sympathy, experience and calmness count for us.

That’s what you should do here:
You support the Managing Directors in everything they never learn anyway (booking trips, buying pencils, entertaining customers) and are otherwise the switch that is always open (and honest) to questions. You can move things quickly, be friendly in English and always make sure nothing is stuck. You are the haven of peace amidst the positive tension of our entire agency.

That’s how it works here:
At BRAINARTIST we work, but on some days we sometimes forget that it’s work. That’s because of the nice colleagues who have been working at BRAINARTIST for a long time, but of course it’s also because of Zurich. We have big customers, we have small customers, but we don’t have customers who are boring. It stays varied and lively for you, but that’s why we all work here. If you want to work part-time, that’s possible, but full-time would be even better.
We are curious.
